The purpose of this course is to investigate why and how increased knowledge of the role of gender and diversity can contribute to better knowledge, processes, and solutions for Software Development. 

The syllabus consists of a set of scientific articles available and categorized at https://www.zotero.org/groups/5118154/ntnu-tdt10/library 

The course is based on the experience of the teacher, Letizia Jaccheri and her team software for better society. 

Each student will be asked to read the syllabus on her/his own. In addition, there will be at least two seminars during which the students will present their understanding and ideas and there will be discussions. 

The exam will be oral.
